Process

    Booking

    Please email us with your project requirements. We will then confirm the scope, fee and schedule in writing.

    A 30% upfront payment is required before production begins.

    Camera and Preview Approval

    Based on your view brief or storyboard, we will propose camera angles or an animation preview for your approval. This is a key project milestone.

    Changes requested after approval may affect the fee and schedule.

    Rendering and Post-production

    We develop the lighting, materials and scene details at this stage, including post-production for still images.

    For animations, feedback is normally completed before final post-production begins.

    Payment

    The remaining 70% is due once you approve the final deliverables. Final high-resolution files are released after payment has cleared.

    Payment can be made using the instructions provided on your invoice.

Details

  • Please provide complete and accurate project information so that we can produce the best possible result. Where possible, please send all project materials together in a single package, including:

    — 3D model
    — Site location, Google Maps link and reference photographs
    — View descriptions, lighting references and mood boards
    — Material, landscape and staging markups

    We accept common 3D file formats, including SketchUp, Rhino, Revit and 3ds Max. Please organize the model using clearly named layers and consistent material names.

  • We can meet online via your preferred platform, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or VooV Meeting.

  • Your architectural visualisation fee depends on the following factors:

    - Project size and architectural complexity

    - Completeness and quality of the supplied information

    - Number of images required

    - Deadlines
