  • Booking

    Please illustrate your needs by email. Then, reasonable pricing will come for you. We have to sign an agreement with you on the first cooperation.

    We expect to be paid one-third of the project's estimated fee in advance.

  • Determine Views or Preview

    It’s a crucial stage for the best result. And it could be a negative impact on quality and price if you change it in the next step.

    According to your Views Description, or Storyline, We will provide options to agree on camera angles or the preview with you.

  • Render and Postprocessing

    We will work on lighting, materials and scene details in this step. For renderings, the work includes Photoshop. It usually takes five comment rounds to final images.

    For animation, We usually run three rounds of feedback Before postprocessing.

  • Payment

    Please pay the remainder after you approve the outcomes. We accept payments sent via the SWIFT international payment network.

    —Location Google Maps and Photo references

    —Views description, lighting and mood boards

    —markups regarding materiality, landscape and staging

    For 3Dmodels, we work with all kinds of files -Sketchup, Rhinoceros, Revit, 3Ds Max. But please keep your model in well-organized layers and materials name.

  • We can meet online with you by any app you prefer—ideally, Zoom, Teams, and VooV Meeting.

  • Your archviz cost depends on the factors below:

    - Size and complexity of architecture

    - Amount and quality of the information provided by the client

    - Amount of images needed

    - Deadlines
